A wood privacy fence can make a big difference in protecting the safety of your family and property. Cedar or pressure treated pine, 6' high wood privacy fence with 1"x 6" boards, is the most popular enclosure for residential backyards and subdivision fencing. Basic dog ear wood privacy fences, arched or scalloped wood privacy fences, capped privacy fence with or without lattice, all serve to provide privacy and security with varying degrees of decorative flair. 8' high is also available for maximum privacy or commercial applications. Shadowbox and colonial style wood privacy fences provide good alternatives when total privacy is not as important. From posts to rails, to boards and nails, only quality wood privacy fence material is used. Projects are constructed on site by experienced installers to provide the optimum in quality installations. Transform the look and functionality of your home with a wood privacy fence.
Pressure Treated Pine and Cedar are what wood fences are typically built from in the Southeast. You can expect approximately 15 years of reliable, low maintenance service from your new wood fence; many still usefully serve their owners for 20-25 years before having to be replaced.

Cedar offers brilliant color and grows in the Northwest and Canada and is imported to our area. Pressure treated pine is readily available and cost effective because it's grown and harvested in the Southeast. Both of these wood fence products are bug and rot resistant.

It’s recommended that your privacy fence have a sealer applied at the time of construction. Applying a quality sealer (every 3 to 5 years) will add years to the life of your fence while keeping the “new” look for a longer period of time and minimize movement of the wood during the curing process.

Wood Fence Materials
Wood Fence Construction
We’ll build your wood privacy fence from scratch with high quality materials. We never use cheap, prefabricated panels from "big box" stores.

* We arrive at your home with all the raw materials on our trucks necessary to construct your privacy fence.
* Your estimator will have already marked its location.
* Only freshly pressure treated wood products are used, insuring that mold or mildew will not be on your lumber and that warping    has not occurred.
* We only use the heaviest powder-coated hinges and lockable self-latching latches for your gates.
* The holes are dug and posts are set approximately 2 feet deep in the ground with concrete.
* Three 2x4 horizontal framing runners for pressure treated wood are attached to the posts.
* Finally, the fence boards are attached to the framing runners and the gates are built.
* Typical installation time for an average size yard takes one to three days for completion.
